Tramaine Long, a multifaceted talent encompassing the roles of producer, singer, and songwriter, started his musical journey in church at the age of 5. His musical journey was nurtured by a close-knit family and a strong foundation in faith and community. Raised by his mother alongside his two sisters, Tramaine’s early years were deeply influenced by the music and spirit of his church. Music became an integral part of his life, inspired by genre-defining artists such as John P. Kee, 2Pac, Jagged Edge, Musiq Soulchild, and Tank. By 14, Tramaine knew without a doubt that his future lay in the world of music.

At 17, Tramaine took his first significant step towards a professional music career by purchasing his first microphone and diving into the world of music production using FL Studio in 2004. His dedication to his craft did not waver as he furthered his education, graduating from Full Sail University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business.

In 2019, he made significant strides as a producer, crafting the tracks “Kick Back” for the Free Life Boyz and “Be More Good” for Teiona “TP9” Gunn. Both spotlighted on Canton Jones’ album “Kingdom Business 5.” Tramaine’s official debut came with the release of his album “R&G: A Love Story” on Valentine’s Day 2020, where he birthed his signature genre: R&G (Rhythm and Gospel), fusing R&B grooves with profound spiritual messages.

Tramaine has been featured on Rapzilla, Gospel Grind Radio, Cameron Durant Radio Show, Marcus Johnson Radio Show, Notespire Radio Podcast, VoyageATL Magazine, Medium, Lenox & Parker, and Louder Than the Music Blog. Onstage, he’s captivated audiences with standout appearances, such as his interview and performance on the Dr. Bobby Jones Gospel Show, Preach the Word Network ATL, 2025 Atlanta Beauty Expo & Chanze2Star Music Festival, and John P. Kee’s VIP Conference Showcase.

In February 2025, Tramaine released his breakthrough album “Legendary,” which is available now on all streaming platforms. This project celebrates the legendary nature of God and the inherent greatness within all of us. His rising prominence earned him the 2025 Avidity Awards for Emerging Artist of the Year and Gospel Rap Artist of the Year, as well as Kingdom Image Hip Hop Artist of the Year.

His single “Put On Your Wings” reached #1 on Mediabase and #164 on Billboard Gospel Airplay. The follow-up single “Righteous” reached the top 200 on Mediabase. His latest single “Father” (released February 2026) has continued the momentum, currently charting at #126 on Mediabase Gospel Airplay and #183 on Mediabase Internet Gospel, while helping push his monthly listeners to 4.8K on Spotify. Tramaine is also a triple nominee for the Prayze Factor Awards Season 19 in the categories of Urban Solo Artist of the Year, Traditional Solo Artist of the Year, and Holy Hip Hop Male Solo Artist of the Year.

Tramaine’s highly anticipated sophomore album Legendary II is set to release on May 8, 2026.
